The Swedish former kickboxing champion plays the Amazon warrior Egeria, alongside Gal Gadot and Robin Wright. For over 10 years, she was a world-ranked Thai boxer. But after an injury took her away from her plans to transfer into MMA, she instead took her skills to stunt roles and film. As well as Vall Beijner, the makers of Wonder Woman enlisted a diverse array of badasses, including Nigerian heptathlete Moe Sasegbon, CrossFit champ Brooke Ence, pro boxer Ann Wolfe and martial artists Mayling Ng and Samantha Jo.
