Putting this post out today for all my ladies who are constantly told their bodies are not good enough. This picture is unedited and has imperfections, yes. But I am proud of it. I love my body. I love my skin. Yet sometimes it just sucks to be picked apart and judged at every turn. Donāt you agree? We need to be conscious not to do that to each other as women. We need to be more kind. More supportive. Iām 34 years old. I work and train very hard. I donāt get cosmetic work done because I donāt want to. I donāt feel like I should have to. As women, we should only enhance our bodies if we want to. Not because society says we have to in order to compete with one another. If Iām happy with who I am and what I have to work with, I think thatās plenty. I feel more beautiful today than I did at 21. Iām wiser and my heart is wider. I feel this reflects in my image.
