The Glee alum and the Aquamarine star were first linked in 2011 but called it quits after several months of dating in early 2012. The twosome rekindled their relationship in April 2012 after they were spotted packing on the PDA at Coachella. They split for good later that year. Emma has been dating actor Garrett Hedlund since last March.
